Resetting Your Password

Overview

If you’ve forgotten your password, AstraGrade can send a reset link to your email address. The process does not require access to your current password.

Steps

  1. Go to the Login page and click Forgot your password? below the sign-in form.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your AstraGrade account.
  3. Click Send Reset Link. AstraGrade sends a password reset email to the address you entered.
  4. Open the email and click the reset link.
  5. Enter your New password and Confirm new password.
  6. Click Reset password. You’ll see a confirmation message. You can now log in with your new password.

The reset link expires after a short period. If you click it and see an error, return to the forgot password page and request a new one.

If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the address you entered matches the one on your AstraGrade account.
